Where these numbers come from
Every input is on the venue’s written proposal: the food and beverage minimum is the least the venue requires you to spend on food and drink, and the service charge percentage is printed near it. Type them into the fields above and the prompt fills itself in. Anything you leave blank goes into the prompt as an open question, and the model’s first reply will ask you for it instead of guessing. You do not need to know your tax rate; the model supplies the current rate for your city and states it so you can check.
What a good answer looks like
A ledger you can check step by step against the quote, then three summary lines. The per-guest figure and the plus-or-minus-20-guest scenario are useful only if the model states whether the food-and-beverage minimum is fixed or scales.
What the model usually gets wrong here
It treats the room rental fee as the main venue cost and understates or omits the food-and-beverage minimum that actually drives the bill. It also frequently forgets that the 18 to 22 percent service charge is calculated on the minimum, and that sales tax often applies to the service charge as well as the food.
If the model invents fees you did not list, correct it: only use the numbers I supplied and the assumptions I stated. If it ever answers without asking about a blank field, reply: some values were open questions, ask me for them first.
