California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information, and of its use for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Our position
Weddingish does not sell or share your personal information, as those terms are defined by the CCPA and CPRA. We do not run advertising pixels, we do not operate a data-broker relationship, and we do not pass your email address to anyone for their own marketing.
Our recommendation links pay us a commission when you buy something. That is an affiliate relationship, not a sale of your data: we send you to the retailer, we do not send the retailer anything about you.
Registering a preference anyway
You are still entitled to record the choice, and we will honour it if we ever introduce anything that would qualify. Use the privacy controls in the banner at the bottom of the page, or email info@weddingish.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share”.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request. You do not need to do anything else.
Authorised agents
You may use an authorised agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of their authority, and we may ask you to confirm it directly.
